Sundry — Privacy Policy

Sundry is a grocery & shopping list app. We built it to be private by default: no account, no ads, no tracking, and no analytics. This policy explains what that means.

What we collect

Nothing. Sundry does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data with us or any third party. There is no sign-up and no login.

Where your data lives

• On your device. Your lists, history, and settings are stored locally on your device.
• Your own iCloud (optional). If you are signed into iCloud, your lists sync through your private iCloud (CloudKit) database, which is managed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID. We have no access to it and cannot read your data. You can stop this anytime by signing out of iCloud or disabling iCloud for Sundry in iOS Settings.

Permissions, and why

• Location — used only for the optional "leave-store reminder," which reminds you about unbought items as you leave a store. Location is processed on your device and is never uploaded or shared. The feature is off unless you turn it on.
• Microphone & Speech Recognition — used only when you tap the mic to add items by voice. Transcription happens on your device; audio is not stored or sent to us.
• Siri — lets you add items by voice command. Handled by Apple's system; we receive only the item text you dictate.

Purchases

Sundry offers a one-time, optional unlock purchased through Apple's App Store. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. Restoring a purchase is handled by Apple's StoreKit.

Children

Sundry is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Third parties

Sundry uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The only external services involved are Apple's own (iCloud, StoreKit, Siri), governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

你的数据存在哪里

• 在你的设备上。你的清单、历史和设置都保存在你设备的本地。
• 你自己的 iCloud(可选)。若你已登录 iCloud,清单会通过你自己的私有 iCloud(CloudKit)数据库同步;该数据库由 Apple 管理、绑定你的 Apple ID,我们无法访问、也无法读取你的数据。你随时可以退出 iCloud,或在 iOS"设置"中关闭 Sundry 的 iCloud 来停止同步。

权限及用途

• 定位 —— 仅用于可选的"离店提醒":在你离开商店时提醒还有未购买的项。定位全程在设备本地处理,绝不上传或分享。除非你主动开启,否则该功能关闭。
• 麦克风与语音识别 —— 仅在你点麦克风用语音添加项目时使用。转写在设备本地完成;音频不会被保存或发送给我们。
• Siri —— 让你用语音指令添加项目。由 Apple 系统处理,我们只收到你口述的项目文字。

购买

Sundry 提供一次性、可选的解锁,通过 Apple App Store 购买。付款完全由 Apple 处理,我们绝不会看到你的支付信息。恢复购买由 Apple 的 StoreKit 处理。

儿童

Sundry 适合所有年龄,且不向任何人(包括儿童)收集数据。

第三方

Sundry 不使用任何第三方广告、分析或追踪 SDK。涉及的外部服务仅为 Apple 自家服务(iCloud、StoreKit、Siri),受 Apple 隐私政策约束。

若本政策有变更,我们会更新本页面及上方的"最后更新"日期。
